Eight years ago, I was hiding who I was, anxious and confused.
I’ve been hiding who I was since my first feeling at 14 years old. I literally googled ‘Christian Lesbian’ to see if anyone was doing the missionary work I dreamt of doing — no one popped up. I was desperately searching for that sense of belonging for my authentic self.
Flash forward to now, I am married to the woman of my dreams, I lead a global nonprofit that prioritizes women and girls, and I coach other women to believe in who they authentically are. I am doing everything I daydreamed about. I am here to show you how you can too.
I started to evolve when I was confident in being my authentic self.
I began to thrive when I was in a space where my true self felt a sense of belonging.
